Dr Apostolos Giovanis (PhD in Marketing Science, Technical University of Crete, Greece) is professor in Marketing Management and head of the Department of Business Administration, University of West Attica, GR. His research interests are primarily in the areas of marketing of technology-mediated services, services marketing, digital marketing, branding, brand relationships management and new product/service management.
